UInteract SMS Notifications

UInteract, Missouri’s online unemployment portal, has launched a new feature – text message alerts for online users who opt-in for notifications. Text alerts are now available for claimants, employers, TPAs, and CDS Vendors. This new feature also serves as an alternate method to receiving USPS mail.

How to Sign Up

New User 

  1. Go to UInteract.labor.mo.gov
  2. Click on NEW ACCOUNT REGISTRATION. Now create a user ID and password.
  3. Your account has been established. Follow the instructions for Current Claimant or Current Employer below. 

Current Claimant

  1. Log into UInteract
  2. Select Update Address 
  3. Enter cell phone number to receive text alerts in the Cell Phone Number field 
  4. Select Yes to Do you want to sign up for SMS alerts and reminders? 
  5. Click Submit. After you click Submit, you may be asked to verify your address on record. If so, answer the question appropriately and click Next. If not asked to verify, a screen will display indicating your Contact Information has been updated successfully. 
  6. A text from UInteract Message will ask you to reply Y to confirm subscribing to alerts.
  7. Once you have replied Y, you will receive a text message confirming you have subscribed to alerts.

Current Employer

  1. Log into UInteract 
  2. Select Manage Alerts/Email Sign up
  3. Select Yes to Do you want to sign up for SMS alerts and reminders?
  4. Enter cell phone number to receive text alerts in the Cell Phone Number field 
  5. Click Next 
  6. Verify your responses on the Manage Alerts/Email – Verification screen 
  7. Click Submit. A screen will display, indicating your alert information has been updated successfully. 
  8. A text from UInteract Message will ask you to reply Y to confirm subscribing to alerts.
  9. Once you have replied Y, you will receive a text message confirming you have subscribed to alerts.
